Haryana:- Heartland Of vedic Civilization  Many People think that haryana was part of Punjab and never existed before 1966 , which is a huge Myth, as Haryana and Punjab were 2 different Entities through out the history and were merged in 1858 By British. Due to heavy revolt in Today's region of Haryana and Delhi in 1857 revolt of independence, the British as a punishment to Delhi and Haryana merged them with Punjab Province in 1858 for the political isolation of Haryana, Delhi and western Uttarpradesh which were the centre of revolt in 1857 , by merging western Uttarpradesh in United Province and Haryana Delhi in Punjab, British ensured the dismantling of a Revolting State which was a threat to them.
